Reception

Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your first contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make the most of patient appointments with the GPs and nurses.

Our administrators work hard providing administrative and clerical support to the practice. Their role encompasses tasks such as scanning, coding & filing documents, maintaining patient records and ensuring data is up to date and accurate.
